Jennifer Bulger, Psy.D.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and relational issues in teens and young adults. I help people discover their authentic courage and inner strength to overcome current challenges and to heal from past experiences that may be holding them back. I strive to help individuals connect with their authentic selves, find purpose, and to live passionately on their journey through life.

I come to therapy from a place of empathy, caring and concern. I know the value of having an accepting, non-judgmental person in your life who really understands and gets you. I work with people from different cultures, backgrounds, and am LGBTQIA+ friendly.

I recently became certified in equine therapy – an experiential psychotherapy built around live experiences with horses. As an avid rider and horse enthusiast, I’m thrilled to bring this treatment to others. Equine therapy is effective for treating mental and emotional difficulties in people of all ages, including anxiety and mood disorders, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I would be honored to be a part of your journey of learning, healing, and overcoming. I look forward to learning more about how I can help.

Brittany Drnek, LCSW

As someone who has been both a therapist and a client, I know the value of practicing from a place of authentic caring and kindness.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been working in the mental health field for over ten years, first as a case manager and then as a therapist.
I have worked in both adolescent residential settings and child and adult outpatient clinics. I am experienced in providing treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma symptoms, grief and loss, adjustment stressors, parenting issues, and relationship and attachment issues in clients of all ages.

My therapeutic style combines CBT, DBT, humanistic, psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, and mindfulness practices. I draw from these to support my clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, to choose self-acceptance over self-judgment, and to learn the skills to manage symptoms and situations that cause distress.

Through my own journey with anxiety and perfectionism, I’ve learned the value of providing a safe space for my clients while they work toward a more fulfilling life. As a human being and a mother of young children, I continue to do the work in my own life so that I can be the most grounded version of myself. I believe that creating the capacity to do so is both hard and possible.

Tanya Abughazaleh, Psychological Assistant

I am a psychological assistant completing my hours for licensure. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, illness anxiety, separation anxiety, GAD, hoarding disorder, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. My primary treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an emphasis in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). While providing a supportive environment, I work with clients to gradually help them overcome their fears, and with their families to support them in the process.

I have gone through my own fair share of struggles, have done my own treatment, and can empathize and relate to my patients’ feeling of distress, burn-out, insecurities, self-doubt, and negative self-talk. I believe my own experience allows me to relate to the struggles of what my patients endure, and I genuinely want to give them the confidence and relief they deserve. Being a part of each client’s path to growth is an indescribable feeling. Seeing them making the strides they never thought were possible is very rewarding and nourishes my soul.
